CoCrW  powder is one of Stellite alloys, which can resist various types of wear, corrosion and oxidation at high temperature. According to the compositions of alloys, they can be made into welding wire, powder to be used for hard surface surfacing, thermal spraying, spray welding.

It can also be made by 3D printing to create custom, high-performance parts especially for medical application. Its versatility makes it suitable for applications ranging from jet engines to medical implants.

our common production process for Spherical CoCrW powder is Gas Atomizing (GA). We can provide customized powder to meet unique customer needs and provide low minimum order quantity to meet different needs.

HIP Technology
