Our 1045 powder, produced by PREP for better spherical particles and less hollow & satellite powder used in 3D printing application, to offers a good balance of strength, durability, and cost-effectiveness, with the ability to be heat-treated after printing to further enhance mechanical properties.
The powder’s properties, such as particle size, shape, and flow, of our carbonyl 1045 powder are tailored for cold spraying and Metal Injection Molding (MIM) processes.

HIP Technology
Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) technology works by placing the product in a closed container, filling it with inert gas and sintering or densifying the product at a very high temperature (usually close to the forging temperature of the material) and at a very high pressure (usually 100 – 140 MPa).
