CuAl10 powder Copper Based Metal Powder

CuAl10 powder is a type of Aluminum Bronze powder consisting of approximately 90% copper and 10% aluminum by weight, used to create dispersion-strengthened copper alloys with high strength, excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, and good resistance to high temperatures, wear, and corrosion. This metal powder is typically produced by gas atomization, resulting in spherical particles suitable for applications such as additive manufacturing, 3D printing, and other powder metallurgy processes to produce components like bearings and bushings.

Its composition can be customized in order to higher strength, such as CuAl10Fe, CuAl10Ni4.

The addition of Ni element can change α-phase more uniform, Ni as a diffusion catalyst.
