CuNi30 Spherical Powder

CuNi30 is a copper alloy with excellent corrosion resistance in salt water. It has good strength and ductility. CuNi30 has good low temperature performance. It is typically used for some pumps or impellers of marine applications.

Our CuNi30 alloy powder is produced by gas atomization or PREP process, suitable for additive manufacturing (3D printing). It has the best spherical shape, which provides excellent flowability and packing density for enhanced printing processes and superior surface finishes.

Our common particle size include: 0-25um, 15-45um, 15-53um, 20-63um, 45-105um, 53-150um. We also can sieve the particle size according to the requirements of customers.

HIP Technology

Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) technology works by placing the product in a closed container, filling it with inert gas and sintering or densifying the product at a very high temperature (usually close to the forging temperature of the material) and at a very high pressure (usually 100 – 140 MPa).
