CuSn15 Copper Based Metal Powder

CuSn15 powder is a bronze alloy made of approximately 15% tin and 85% copper, known for its excellent mechanical properties, including strength, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is also commonly referred to as tin bronze powder or phosphor bronze Powder (if it contains a small amount of phosphorus). It is similar to C52100 (ASTM) or CC481K (EN).

It is manufactured through gas atomization to create fine, spherical particles and is used in additive manufacturing (3D printing) in the aerospace, automotive, and biomedical industries, and through water atomization or electrolytic method to create non-spherical particles for powder metallurgy parts like bearings and fasteners.

HIP Technology
