Nickel Coated Alumimium Powder

Ni coated Al powder is a composite powder consisting of aluminum particles coated with a layer of nickel. It combines the low density of aluminum with the functional properties of nickel (conductivity, magnetic properties, corrosion resistance) .

The properties of Ni-coated Al powder depend on the chemistry. Our common grades as per Ni content are NiAl18 (18 wt% Ni) and NiAl5 (5% Ni) . Depending on applications of customers, we can customize Ni-coated Al powder as per the needs of customers.

Our commonly available particle size range includes -140+325 mesh and -325 mesh.

Thanks to its unique core-shell structure, Ni-coated Al powder is used in several high-performance fields, such as thermal spray coatings or bond coats.

HIP Technology
