Stellite 20 is an alloy consisting of complex carbides dispersed in a CoCr alloy matrix, so it is resistant to wear, galling, and corrosion and retains these properties at high
temperatures.

Stellite 20 is one of the most abrasion-resistant standard cobalt-base alloys. It also has good corrosion resistance. While it has low shock resistance, it is often the only answer
for some environments where chemical resistance, in addition to abrasion resistance, is required.

Stellite 20 spherical powders are produced by gas atomization process which are chemically homogeneous and freely flowing. They provide excellent results for a variety
of cladding (laser and PTA), hard facing and HVOF Spraying.

HIP Technology
