AlCr Powder
AlCr alloy forms a dense oxide film on the surface at high temperatures, which will extend the service life of the alloy materials. It can be used in the field of gas turbine blades or vanes, boiler tubes and any other components requiring protection in hot, corrosive environments.
Our AlCr powders are produced by gas atomized process to get spherical shape. It can be applied in Additive Manufacturing and thermal spray (HVOF).
We can produce intermetallic composition of Al and Cr, typically targeting the AlCr phase, a very hard, brittle intermetallic compound that provides exceptional high-temperature oxidation and corrosion resistance.
Typical particle size of our AlCr powder includes: -75um, 45-105um or 50-150um. Other particle size range also can be sieved according to customers’ needs.

5kg, 10kg, 25kg or as required, packed in different color bottle/cans or bags. It also can be according to customers’ needs.

HIP Technology
