CM247LC is a kind of low carbon nickel based alloy powder with nickel as the main element and adding some other elements such as cobalt, chromium, tungsten, tantalum, aluminum and hafnium which help to be precipitation hardening directional solidification columnar superalloy, and its service temperature can be reached to 1050°C. It has good creep and fatigue resistance, high strength and oxidation and corrosion resistance which is used in aerospace industry, oil and gas industry specially in applications involving high temperature and corrosive environments.

Product Description

CM247LC is a kind of low carbon nickel based alloy powder with nickel as the main element and adding some other elements such as cobalt, chromium, tungsten, tantalum, aluminum and hafnium which help to be precipitation hardening directional solidification columnar superalloy, and its service temperature can be reached to 1050°C. Our spherical CM247LC powder is produced by PREP (plasma rotating electrode process) for higher sphericity and less defects.
