It has extreme surface hardness, 2000-2500 HV, harder than hardened steel, but not as hard as sintered WC or TiC. It can be mainly applied in the areas of drills, end mills, inserts, punches and decorative or functional coating (PVD and CVD).<\/p>\n<p>Our TiN powders can be produced by Spray Granulation or Crushing process. TiN powders by Spray Granulation process being spherical shape can be used for 3D printing or additive manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>Its common particle size of TiC powders includes 15-45um, 38-78um, 53-150um.
