WC-40Ni60-Pulver kann auch zum Laserauftragschwei\u00dfen zur Reparatur bestimmter Hochleistungs-Metallteile verwendet werden, um glatte und saubere Oberfl\u00e4chen zu erzeugen, die gegen S\u00e4uren oder andere korrosive Medien best\u00e4ndig sind.<\/p>\n<p>Wir k\u00f6nnen auch einige andere Spritzpulver mit unterschiedlichen Mischungsverh\u00e4ltnissen von WC und Ni60 herstellen, wie beispielsweise WC12Co-75Ni60, WC12Co-50Ni60, WC10Ni-65Ni60, WC10Ni-50Ni60, WC-65Ni60 usw.<\/p>\n<p>Hartmetallpulver k\u00f6nnen durch Zerkleinerung bzw. durch Agglomerationssintern hergestellt werden, je nachdem, ob nicht-sph\u00e4rische oder sph\u00e4rische Pulver gew\u00fcnscht sind. Ni60-Pulver werden durch Gaszerst\u00e4ubung hergestellt.<\/p>\n<p>Die Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe kann an die Anforderungen des Kunden angepasst werden.
