\nAluminiumlegierung, bekannt f\u00fcr ihre einzigartige Kombination aus mittlerer Festigkeit und hoher Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit,
\nsowie eine au\u00dfergew\u00f6hnliche W\u00e4rme- und elektrische Leitf\u00e4higkeit.
\n6063 weist im Gegensatz zu 6061 und 7075 eine deutlich h\u00f6here W\u00e4rmeleitf\u00e4higkeit auf, was die
\ndie erste Wahl f\u00fcr Anwendungen zur W\u00e4rmeableitung. Aus 6063-Pulver hergestellte 6063-Teile
\nl\u00e4sst sich problemlos eloxieren, wodurch eine hochwertige, dekorative Oberfl\u00e4che entsteht.
\nF\u00fcr Anwendungen, bei denen sowohl hohe Festigkeit als auch hohe Leitf\u00e4higkeit gefragt sind, ist dies die beste Wahl im Vergleich zu
\n6061 mit hoher Festigkeit, aber geringer Leitf\u00e4higkeit oder reines Aluminium mit hoher Leitf\u00e4higkeit, aber geringer
\nSt\u00e4rke.
\nGaszerst\u00e4ubtes 6063-Pulver findet breite Anwendung in der additiven Fertigung (3D-Druck) und bei der Kalt
\nSpr\u00fchverfahren, typischerweise bei LPBF (Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe 15\u201353 \u00b5m oder 20\u201363 \u00b5m) und DED (Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe
\n(45\u2013150 \u00b5m) oder HIP (Partikelgr\u00f6\u00dfe < 200 \u00b5m).<\/p>\n
