FeCoNiCrAl0.7 powder is one kind of high entropy alloy (HEA) powder which consists of iron, cobalt, nickel, chromium and aluminum with 1:1:1:1:0.7 at% which leads to a high configurational entropy.<\/p>\n

FeCoNiCrAl0.7 forms a dual-phase microstructure, primarily face-centred cubic (FCC) matrix plus body-centred cubic (BCC) or ordered B2 phase (NiAl-type) which increases strength while maintaining reasonable ductility.<\/p>\n

Our FeCoNiCrAl0.7 powder is produced by gas atomization process with excellent sphericity, flowability and lower oxygen content which is ideal for additive manufacturing (3D printing), like LPBF or DED, for high strength structural components, such as turbine blades, mold tools or wear resistant coatings by thermal spraying.<\/p>\n
