FeNi42 Soft Magnetic Powder<\/h1>\n

FeNi42 alloy is a binary iron-nickel soft magnetic alloy(roughly 58% iron, 42% nickel) with exceptional magnetic permeability under low magnetic field (\u03bc) with very high coercivity (Hc) which makes it ideal for AC\/DC applications, such as soft magnetic powder cores, magnetic rings, high-current power inductors and EMI\/RfI shielding components.<\/p>\n

Our FeNi42 spherical soft magnetic alloy powder is produced by gas atomizing process with various particle size ranges, such as 5-25\u03bcm, 15-45\u03bcm, 15-53um, and 45-105\u03bcm & 53-150um, or according to customers\u2019 request.<\/p>\n
