Er vereint die Vorteile von ferritischem und austenitischem nicht rostendem Stahl mit hervorragender Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit, hoher Festigkeit und guter Plastizit\u00e4t.<\/p>\n<p>Im Vergleich zu den traditionellen Gie\u00dfverfahren bietet der Vorteil von <strong>3D-Druck<\/strong> Das Besondere an DSS ist die M\u00f6glichkeit, komplexe Teile direkt aus Pulver herzustellen, ohne dass herk\u00f6mmliche Fertigungsverfahren wie Strangpressen, Schmieden, Gie\u00dfen und sekund\u00e4re Bearbeitung zur Erzielung der gew\u00fcnschten Form erforderlich sind. Die mechanischen Eigenschaften des Materials k\u00f6nnen das Niveau des Gusses erreichen oder \u00fcbertreffen.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Zu unseren h\u00e4ufig hergestellten Pulvern aus rostfreiem Duplexstahl geh\u00f6ren <strong>2205 (EN 1.4462), 2507(EN 1.441) und 2707<\/strong>. B. chloridhaltigen S\u00e4uren, aus.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Abbildung 1 <\/strong>zeigt die SEM-Morphologie von <strong>2507 Superduplex-Edelstahlpulver<\/strong> hergestellt von Truer.
