Nichtrostender Stahl 430 ist ein ferritischer, weichmagnetischer und nicht h\u00e4rtbarer nichtrostender Stahl. Er enth\u00e4lt einen hohen Prozentsatz an Chrom mit wenig Kohlenstoff, um seine ferritische Struktur zu erhalten und seine Schwei\u00dfbarkeit und Korrosionsbest\u00e4ndigkeit zu verbessern.<\/p>\n

Our 430L powder is manufactured by Inert Gas Atomization (IGA), producing a powder with a spherical morphology which provides good flow characteristics and high packing density. In addition, the powder has a low oxygen content and low impurity levels, resulting in a metallurgically clean product with enhanced mechanical performance.<\/p>\n

Our typical particle size distribution includes such as 15\u201345 \u00b5m, 15\u201353 \u00b5m or 20\u201363 \u00b5m\u00a0 for laser powder bed fusion, 45-105um or 53-150um for DED etc. Or it can be customized to fit specific requirements of customers.<\/p>\n
