Nickel Alloy powder Hastelloy C22 powder is a nickel-molybdenum-chromium-tungsten superalloy powder, known as its exceptional corrosion resistance.

Hastelloy C22 can maintain strength and oxidation resistance up to 1200℃ which is widely used in thermal spray coatings. It is also suitable for other additive manufacturing applications, such as laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) and direct energy deposition (DED).

our common production process for C22 includes Gas Atomizing process (GA) & Plasma Rotating Electrode Process (PREP) with high spherical, high purity, high packing density, low porosity and excellent flowing properties.

The particle size can be customized by customer’s needs, normally our PSD 15-45um or 15-53um for LPBF and 45-106um for DED.

HIP Technology

Hot Isostatic Pressing (HIP) technology works by placing the product in a closed container, filling it with inert gas and sintering or densifying the product at a very high temperature (usually close to the forging temperature of the material) and at a very high pressure (usually 100 – 140 MPa).
