Haynes 188 powder (Alloy 188)(UNS R30188)(GH5188)(W.Nr 2.4683) is a super alloy containing cobalt-nickel-chromium-tungsten with excellent high-temperature strength and very good resistance to oxidizing environments up to 2100°F (1095°C).
Haynes 188 alloy powder is very suitable for additive manufacturing, thermal spray coatings to produce some complex, high-performance components for aerospace, gas turbines, and molten metal processing.
Truer Haynes 188 alloy powder was produced by our gas atomized process and PREP process with excellent sphericity and less satellite & hollow powders.

HIP Technology
