It is produced through methods like gas atomizing, water atomizing, PREP method and also electrolytic method.
Pure copper powder consists primarily of copper (minimum 99.3% copper content) and is free from significant levels of other elements like lead, arsenic, or bismuth.
In additive manufacturing, pure copper or copper-based metal powder like CuSn10 is indispensable in laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM). This process that allows for the intricate design and production of aerospace components.

HIP Technology
