Pure Copper powder

Pure copper powder is a fine, typically reddish-brown metallic powder used in electronics, thermal management, and various industrial applications due to its excellent electrical and thermal conductivity, high ductility, and corrosion resistance. It is produced through methods like gas atomizing, water atomizing, PREP method and also electrolytic method.

Pure copper powder consists primarily of copper (minimum 99.3% copper content) and is free from significant levels of other elements like lead, arsenic, or bismuth.

In additive manufacturing, pure copper or copper-based metal powder like CuSn10 is indispensable in laser/electron beam additive manufacturing (SLM/EBM). This process that allows for the intricate design and production of aerospace components.
