15-5PH Stainless Steel Powder

15-5PH is a chromium-nickel-copper stainless steel with high strength & hardness after aging heat treatment, excellent corrosion resistance and good dimensional stability during heat treatment. It was developed as an alternative to 17-4PH stainless steel, offering improved transverse toughness and mechanical consistency in many applications.

TRUER 15-5PH spherical powders can be produced by gas atomization and PREP process with high sphericity, good flowability, low oxygen content and more controllable particle size distribution.

HIP Technology
