6063 Aluminium Alloy Powder is a gas atomized pre-alloyed powder based on the 6000-series
aluminum alloy, known for its unique combination of medium strength, high corrosion resistance,
and exceptional thermal and electrical conductivity.
6063, unlike 6061 and 7075, offers significantly higher thermal conductivity which is the
preferred choice for thermal dissipation applications. 6063 parts produced from 6063 powders
can be anodized easily, producing a high quality decorative finish.
For the application of both high strength and high conductivity, it is the best option, comparing to
6061 with high strength but low conductivity or pure Aluminum with high conductivity but low
strength.
Gas atomized 6063 powder is widely utilized in additive manufacturing (3D printing) and cold
spraying applications, typically in LPBF (particle size 15-53um or 20-63um) and DED (particle size
45-150um) or HIP (particle size <200um).

HIP Technology
