WC-40Ni60 Powder (Equivalent Durmat 352) is a thermal spraying powder developed for industrial surface engineering process, such as thermal spray, hardfacing, HVOF, flame spray to create wear-resistant and anti-corrosion or thermal barrier coating for turbine blades, valves or pump shafts. WC-40Ni60 Powder also can be used for laser cladding for repair of some high-performance metal parts to form smooth and clean surfaces to resist acids or other corrosive media.

WC-40Ni60 Powder for Thermal Spraying
WC-40Ni60 Powder (Equivalent Durmat 352) is a thermal spraying powder developed for industrial surface engineering process, such as thermal spray, hardfacing, HVOF, flame spray to create wear-resistant and anti-corrosion or thermal barrier coating for turbine blades, valves or pump shafts. WC-40Ni60 Powder also can be used for laser cladding for repair of some high-performance metal parts to form smooth and clean surfaces to resist acids or other corrosive media.
We also can produce some other spraying powders with different combination of WC and Ni60, such as WC12Co-75Ni60, WC12Co-50Ni60, WC10Ni-65Ni60, WC10Ni-50Ni60, WC-65Ni60 etc.
Carbide powders can be produced by crushing or agglomeration sintering process, respectively for non-spherical or spherical shape powders. Ni60 powders are produced by gas atomization.
Particle size can be customized as per customer’ requirements, our common particle size includes 15-45um, 45-106um, 45-125um or 50-150um.
