Product Description
CoCrNi powder is one kind of medium entropy alloy (MEA) powder which consists of equiatomic elements: Cobalt, Chromium and nickel which leads to a medium configurational entropy to form stable and simple solid solution phases rather than complex intermetallic compounds.
CoCrNi typically forms a single face-centred cubic (FCC) solid solution. FCC has excellent plasticity and fracture toughness. And it has an exceptional strength and toughness at low temperature and no ductile-to-brittle transition.
Our CoCrNi powder is produced by gas atomization process with excellent sphericity, flowability and lower oxygen content which is ideal for additive manufacturing (3D printing), like LPBF or DED, for cryogenic components of aerospace or marine environment.
