Product Description

FeNi50 alloy is a binary iron-nickel alloy(roughly 50% iron, 50% nickel) with exceptional magnetic permeability, low energy loss and high saturation which makes it ideal for AC/DC applications, such as soft magnetic powder cores, magnetic rings, high-current power inductors and EMI/RfI shielding components.

Our FeNi50 spherical soft magnetic alloy powder is produced by gas atomizing process with various particle size ranges, such as 5-25μm, 15-45μm, 15-53um, and 45-105μm & 53-150um, or
according to customers’ request.

HIP Technology
