Aluminium Copper Alloy Powder

Aluminum copper Alloy Powder (CuAl) is used to prepare dispersion-strengthened copper alloys.

Dispersion-strengthened copper alloys not only have high strength, and good electrical and thermal conductivity but also excellent resistance to high-temperature softening, arc erosion, and wear resistance. They are currently widely used dispersion-strengthened copper-based composite materials with coherent precipitates Al2Cu.

Our Aluminium copper (Al-Cu) alloy powders, including Al80Cu20, Al60Cu40, Al50Cu50, Cu60Al40,  Cu80Al20, Cu90A10, are produced by gas atomization process with excellent sphericity, flowability and lower oxygen content which is ideal for additive manufacturing (3D printing).
