Stellite 6 Cobalt Based Welding Powder

Stellite 6 is an alloy consisting of complex carbides dispersed in a CoCr alloy matrix, so it is resistant to wear, galling, and corrosion and retains these properties at high
temperatures.
Stellite 6 is widely used in surface coatings and welding field against corrosion, erosion and cavitation under heavy impact and shock load and high temperatures (800–
1.000°C).

Stellite 6 spherical powders are produced by gas atomization process with high sphericity, good flowability, low oxygen content and controllable particle size distribution.
