FeNi80Mo5 Soft Magnetic Powder

FeNi80Mo5 soft magnetic powder is a high-permeability iron–nickel–molybdenum alloy powder, typically used for magnetic cores and electromagnetic components where high magnetic
permeability, low coercivity, and low core loss are important. It belongs to the permalloy / highnickel soft magnetic alloy family. It also is called as permalloy 80.

Our FeNi80Mo5 spherical soft magnetic alloy powder is produced by gas atomizing process with various particle size ranges, such as 5-25μm, 15-45μm, 15-53um, and 45-105μm & 53-150um, or according to customers’ request.
