SCM 415 Low Alloy Steel Powder

SCM415 low alloy steel powder is based on the Japanese Industrial Standard (JIS) SCM415 steel, which is a chromium molybdenum (Cr-Mo) alloy steel known for its excellent hardenability and high strength & resistance, including 0.13-0.18% carbon, 0.9-1.2%Cr, 0.15-0.3% Mo, 0.6-0.85% Mn and 0.15-0.35% Si.

Our SCM415 powder is produced by PREP process with better sphericity degree and minimum hollow balls and no satellite powder which is the best selection for AM application (3D printing).

Its particle size can be customized by the specification of customers. Normally our common particle sizes include PSD 15-53um, 45-105um, 53-150um.
