Stellite 12 Cobalt Based Welding Powder

Stellite 12 is an alloy consisting of complex carbides dispersed in a CoCr alloy matrix, so it is resistant to wear, galling, and corrosion and retains these properties at high
temperatures.

Stellite 12, similar to various types of Stellite and are designed for electric arc wire spray, to form coatings that are appropriate for combined wear and corrosion resistance in
relatively high-temperature service conditions.

Stellite 12 spherical powders are produced by gas atomization process which are chemically homogeneous and freely flowing. They provide excellent results for a variety
of powder-fed thermal spray processes, HVOF, atmospheric plasma spray, combustion powder spray.

HIP Technology
