AlSi20 Aluminium Alloy Powder

AlSi20 aluminium alloy powder is a hyper eutectic aluminum-silicon alloy powder which is
designed to deliver superior wear resistance, low thermal expansion, and good thermal
conductivity. It can be used compressor vanes, engine blocks and pistons in automotive
application, or wear-resistant coatings by laser cladding.
The properties of AlSi20 materials vary significantly based on the manufacturing process, it can
reach 500MPa for additive manufactured (LPBF) AlSi20.
Our AlSi20 powder is produced by vacuum gas atomization process with excellent sphericity,
flowability and lower oxygen content which is ideal for additive manufacturing (3D printing) and
laser cladding.
