FeNiCrMn High Entropy Alloy Powder

FeNiCrMn powder is one kind of high entropy alloy (HEA) or medium entropy alloy (MEA) powder which consists of equiatomic elements: iron, nickel, chromium and manganese which leads to a high or medium configurational entropy to form stable and simple solid solution phases rather than complex intermetallic compounds.

FeNiCrMn typically forms a single face-centred cubic (FCC) solid solution. FCC has excellent plasticity and fracture toughness. And Chromium and nickel provide excellent oxidation and corrosion resistance.

Our FeNiCrMn powder is produced by gas atomization process with excellent sphericity, flowability and lower oxygen content which is ideal for additive manufacturing (3D printing), LPBF or DED to produce structural components or wearresistant coatings by thermal spraying.
