FeCoNiCr1.8V0.4 High Entropy Alloy Powder

FeCoNiCr1.8V0.4 powder is one kind of non-equiatomic high entropy alloy (HEA) powder which consists of iron, cobalt, nickel, chromium and vanadium with 1:1:1:1.8:0.4 at% which leads to a high configurational entropy.

FeCoNiCr1.8V0.4 forms a primarily face-centred cubic (FCC) solid solution, but the elevated Cr and V addition can promote precipitation of minor BCC or σ-type phases enhancing mechanical properties.

Our FeCoNiCr1.8V0.4 powder is produced by gas atomization process with excellent sphericity, flowability and lower oxygen content which is ideal for additive manufacturing (3D printing), like LPBF or DED, for structural components, cutting tools or wear resistant coatings by thermal spraying.
