AlSi60 Spherical Powder

Aluminum-Silicon Alloy Powder (AlSix) has good strength-to-weight ratio with excellent castability and low thermal expansion. It can be applied for LPBF/SLM to make complex and lightweight parts for aerospace and automotive industries. It is also a filler metal alloy for joining aluminium components.

AlSi60 spherical powders are produced by gas atomization process with excellent sphericity, flowability and lower oxygen content which is ideal for additive manufacturing (3D printing).

The particle size includes 0-45um, 15-53um, 20-63um, 45-105um or customized on demand.
