FeCoNiCrAlTi High Entropy Alloy Powder

FeCoNiCrAlTi powder is one kind of high entropy alloy (HEA) powder composed of iron, cobalt, nickel, chromium, aluminum and titanium at 1:1:1:1:1:1 wt%. It is typical multi-principle element system with complex phase microstructure, designed for thermal stability and oxidation resistance.

FeCoNiCrAlTi forms a mixture of face-centred cubic (FCC) and BCC, often including ordered NiAl-type and Ni3Ti-type phase for precipitation strengthening.

Our FeCoNiCrAlTi powder is produced by gas atomization process with excellent sphericity, flowability and lower oxygen content which is ideal for additive manufacturing (3D printing), like LPBF or DED, for heat exchanger and high temperature tooling or wear resistant coatings by thermal spraying
