Gas Atomized Pure Iron Powder For 3D Printing & Additive Manufacturing

We produce spherical pure iron powder by gas atomizing or PREP process with high purity and perfectly round particles. Unlike irregular or flaky pure iron powders, the spherical morphology provides excellent flowability and consistent surface properties, suitable for 3D printing & additive manufacturing.

The typical particle size includes 0-25um, 15-53um, and 45-150um. We also can provide customized different particle size distribution according to customers’ request.
