Ti6Al7Nb Titanium Alloy Powder

Ti6Al7Nb, equivalent to TC20, is a high-performance ternary alloy composed of titanium (Ti), aluminum (Al), and niobium (Nb). This alloy combines the superior properties of all
three metals, offering enhanced strength, corrosion resistance, and excellent hightemperature performance.

Ti6Al7Nb It has similar properties to Ti6Al4V but with better biocompatibility performance than Ti6Al4V.

Ti6Al7Nb spherical powders are produced by gas atomization or PREP process which are chemically homogeneous and freely flowing. They provide excellent results for a variety of AM applications, particle size 15-53um for Laser PBF and 53-150um for laser cladding.
