M2 HSS Steel Powder
M2 high-speed steel (HSS) is known for high hardness, excellent wear resistance, and good red-hardness, best suitable for making cutting tools, drills, and other high-wear components.
Our M2 tool steel powders can be produced by gas atomized or water atomized processes to get spherical or irregular shape respectively. It can be applied in metal injection molding (MIM) or laser powder bed fusion (LPBF) (3D printing).
Typical particle size of M2 powder includes: 20um, -25um, -30um, -45um for MIM or Binder jetting; 15-45um, 15-53um, 20-63um for L-PBF; 45-105um for E-PBF; 50-150um for DED. Other particle size range also can be sieved according to customers’ needs.

HIP Technology
